FHWA is hosting 3 peer exchanges focusing on Utilities in the Federal-aid Right-of-Way.  This year, FHWA's Office of Real Estate Services is partnering with the Office of Infrastructure to pay the travel expenses, using GSA per diem rates, for up to 2 state DOT representatives, a representative from interested local public agencies and FHWA Division office realty/utility specialists
