Mission
The mission of the Technical Council on Outdoor Advertising Control Operations (OACO) is to provide leadership in the interpretation, analysis and research of the regulatory process governing the effective control of outdoor advertising and junkyard programs consistent with the federal laws and regulations through the fostering of collaborative partnerships, dissemination of information, development of best practices, and necessary training.
The OACO will hold bimonthly teleconferences the first Tuesday of the month beginning in February, 2020.
